This is Mac OSX program by MAcrabbit software of Belgium.
As the name suggests it's useful for editing CSS files and seeing the effects on HTML without having to download the source.

I quite like this piece of software.
It does the job and has some good features, like being able to extract the CSS from any site and play with it and see the effects in real-time without uploading the file!
I evaluated it for a while and when I was satisfied, I shelled out for the licence, which was 29.95 Euros. It was a little more than I intended to spend, but I was impressed enough to buy it.
The app is done by a small development house and the one time I had cause to email them they were responsive and helpful.
The preview capabilities are good; as its the ability to masquerade as different browsers.

What's good: The visual editing. It isn't aimed at newbies or novices, unlike some of the HTML software
What's bad: Slightly pricey, but not too bad.
